How can I submit an ad?

To submit an ad, you must sign in using your username and password. If you are not member, click on "register" and follow our simple registration process. Once you have completed your registration, you can come back and repeat the steps below. Follow the instructions to fill in the details of your ad. Be sure to fill in all fields. When finished, click save to move to the next page.

How many ads can I write?

You can post as many ads as you wish. There is no limit, as long as it is not SPAM or article that does not meet the terms of use.

I forgot my username or my password, what should I do?

If you forgot your password, enter your e-mail, and a new temporary password will be sent by e-mail. It is therefore important that your e-mail address is up to date in your profile.

The information provided for registration will be sent to anyone?

No, we respect your privacy and we will never communicate your information to other members or organizations.

I have not received an activation e-mail - How do I do?

You can initially check your junk mail (spam). Sometimes the messages are automatically detected as junk. If you still can not find your activation message, contact us precising your username and password.

I am interested in an ad - How do I contact the person?

To contact an advertiser, you must be connected. Then click on "Contact" which is available on the page of the ad, then click "send message". Enter your message and click Send. The advertiser will receive your message directly in its inbox.

How long will my ad stay online?

Your ad stays visible as long as you wish. When your ad has exceeded its online time, you have the opportunity to renew to increase its visibility. You must then wait for the new deadline before you can renew it again.

How do I delete an ad?

After logging in to your account from the login box, choose "My Ads" from the "My Account" area and locate the ad you want to delete. Click on the icon  in the menu of the announcement and confirm the action by clicking the Yes button when asked for confirmation.

Can I modify my ad once it's online?

Yes, you can edit your ad, even after it was posted. When connected to your account from the login box, choose "My Ads" from the "My Account" area and locate the ad you want to modify. Click on the icon  in the ads menu. Edit your ad until you are satisfied. When finished, click "edite listing" to apply the changes.

I placed an ad - How can you contact me?

Those interested in your ad will be able to contact you via our contact form. This form is available from the Contact link at the top of each ad. When someone fills out this form and click on Send Message, you receive the message directly to your inbox, accessible from the "My Messages" link your account area. An e-mail will be sent to alert you of the reception of each new message.

What is the tab "Favorites" that appears when I am logged?

The "Favorites" is a system that allows you to save the ads that interest you. Thus, to avoid having to make multiple research to find the ad that interests you at each of your visits, you can save your favorite ads. When your ads have been recorded, click on the tab will only display ads that match your selection.

What is the tab "Save This search" that appears when I search?

This tab allows you to make your life easier. To avoid having to make multiple searches for the same criteria, you can record your own search criteria. Once your criteria has been saevd, a click on the "Saved Searches" will display a summary of your criteria and the corresponding ads. You will also be automatically notified by e-mail when new announce match your criteria.

I no longer wish to receive e-mail alert for a search, what to do?

You can always cancel the email alert of a search, like this:

1. Click on the "Saved Searches" link in the menu "My Account"

2. In the column "Actions", click the icon  for the desired search

I want to delete my account, what should I do?

For legal reasons we cannot delete an account that has been recently used. Please note that the accounts are automatically deleted after a long period of inactivity.
